We promote the textile industry, giving added value to products and processes, providing practical solutions to the company, through advisory programs during the development process and/or creation of new products and materials.

We promote synergies between companies in the value chain and technology centers.

We advise, from a textile technical perspective, on the implementation of processes, promotion of digitalization and innovation that companies can apply in their facilities.

We provide advice and execution of R&D projects, technological marathons, reorientation and search and/or creation of new products that improve the company's competitiveness.

 

Internationalization

The main objective of this department is to help textile companies stay updated in all aspects in order to increase their competitiveness outside the country.

We organize and coordinate collective promotion actions, such as: trade missions, group participation in fairs, advertising campaigns, etc. We advise and inform about the markets and the aid that companies can receive in foreign trade.

We collaborate with relevant organizations in the sector (public administrations and international fair organizers, among others) to have first-hand information and advise companies so that they can receive the corresponding aid.

To communicate all this information, we organize networking days and seminars on fashion trends, competitions, markets of interest, among others.

 

SUSTAINABILITY

We focus on sustainability as a resilience tool for textile manufacturers in Spain, given the excellence in social and environmental matters in the performance of their work.

Although the market still does not value the sustainability element, our industrialists are, in many cases, world leaders in product and process development, impact reduction, etc. and operate with the most ambitious standards on a global scale.

We defend this idea before European institutions, public administrations, unions, business organizations, the media and international reference organizations and others.

We participate in numerous international projects such as the Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action of the United Nations, in regional, state and European initiatives that generate value for our associates as well as resolution of doubts regarding sustainability, providing concrete and specialized services. to partners in matters of decarbonization, circular economy and all items with an impact on sustainability: product safety (REACH), sustainable raw materials, product development, traceability, legal vanguards, etc.

 

TRAINING

We offer a specific and specialized training service for the textile sector.

As experts on the business fabric and its needs, we work to transfer the most up-to-date knowledge about the latest innovations in the sector and their real applicability to the work environment of companies.

We provide training in person or in a Virtual Classroom, on customs, labor, textile processes and technology, sustainability, innovation, internationalization, digitalization... always with the help of active professionals and experts in the field.

We advise and develop training plans tailored to companies to improve and expand the professional skills of their workers and facilitate their adaptation to technological and organizational changes, taking into account the specific needs and objectives to be achieved.

We collaborate with universities and Dual Vocational Training centers offering students in internships.

We organize conferences, seminars, webinars, information sessions, workshops on current topics of special interest to the sector.

 

LEGAL-FISCAL

We want to provide help to companies in the legislative field, negotiating with administrations to configure the tax rules that affect the company. After this we offer advice for your application.

We also provide a general legal information and advice service on various topics, such as: labeling regulations, intellectual property, corporate tax deduction for samples and R&D&I activities, international contracting...

In addition to advising on international tax and customs policies, commercial and industrial policies.

 

CORPORATE SERVICES

We provide personalized attention to each partner, always prioritizing the common good of the sector. We seek excellence in dealing with partners, which is why we constantly update general information and the aid and subsidies that all companies in the sector can receive. We remain attentive to all official statistical sources and periodically publish updated economic information on the textile sector, with market statistics.

We organize networking actions between associated companies, promoting the exchange of ideas, experiences and relationships that contribute to strengthening the sector. We have a job board with the most recent opportunities.

 

LABOR

We negotiate the Textile-Confection Collective Agreement supporting the interests of the wool, cotton, silk and water sectors. We also defend business points of view before the Convention Party Commission.

We offer a labor advisory service on general regulations, such as: hiring, salaries, SS contributions...

In addition, we propose and negotiate specific measures for the sector in order to promote the adaptation of human resources to fluctuations.
