TEXFOR – Confederation of the Textile Industry It is organizing a new edition of its specialized course on recycling in the textile sector. The course, entitled “Recycling in the Textile Sector: Challenges and Cutting Edges,” will be taught by David Allo, responsible for the Sustainability Area of Texfor.
With this training, attendees will have the opportunity to Learn about the challenges for the textile industry in textile recycling, learn about the different types, future prospects and possible solutions, as well as the legal framework and requirements.
During the classes, real success stories will be analyzed, the most cutting-edge technologies currently in use will be explained, as well as the possibilities for innovation in the short and medium term.
The course is aimed at all those people related to the textile and clothing sector and who carry out their activity in areas from production to design and fashion, purchasing, selection, marketing, distribution, etc.
Acquire knowledge about recycling and understand the importance it has for the environment, for customers and the business opportunities it generates.
The course will be taught by David Allo, Texfor Sustainability ManagerShe participates in Circular Economy working groups at Euratex, the United Nations FICCA decarbonization group, the Fashion Social Forum, and in
sustainability working groups through CEOE and Foment.
will be delivered a certificate of achievement of the training to all participants who have attended a minimum of 75% of the classes.

Duration: 7 hours long.
Schedule: from 09:00 to 11:30 h – last day from 09:00 to 11:00 h.

Bonus on part of the course amount (€91): Texfor offers all members registered for the course who request it and who meet the conditions to do so, the management of the procedures with the administration to receive a part of the training amount.
