Ongoing project

TechStyle

TechStyle promotes the green and digital transition of the textile and fashion sector through artificial intelligence, circularity, and training. It is funded by the Erasmus+ program.

The TechStyle project was created to support the textile and fashion sector during a time of profound transformation, where sustainability, digitalization, and enhanced capabilities are crucial for gaining competitiveness. Its approach combines the responsible use of artificial intelligence with the principles of the circular and regenerative economy, aiming to facilitate a more efficient, innovative transition that is better prepared for the new challenges of the market.

TechStyle works to identify the skills that the sector will need and transfer them to vocational training.

Among its lines of work, the project plans to analyze emerging skills needs, study the degree of adoption of artificial intelligence tools in the textile ecosystem, and develop accessible learning pathways for workers, students, entrepreneurs, and training providers. It also envisions the creation of training resources and collaborative spaces among the various stakeholders involved in the value chain.

Texfor participates in TechStyle by contributing its industry vision and experience in training and business networking.

Within this framework, Texfor helps to bring the project closer to the realities of the textile industry, facilitating the identification of specific training needs and ensuring that the project's results are useful, applicable, and aligned with the current challenges faced by companies. Its participation also reinforces the organization's commitment to a more sustainable, technologically advanced industry focused on talent development.
